CLICK & COLLECT is available FREE of charge from our Johannesburg warehouse. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready. You will need your order # and proof of ID (in the name of the person who placed the order) in order to collect.

RETURNS: offers FREE returns on all qualifying return requests. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a refund subject to the terms below.

  1. Make sure your item is eligible for a return:
    • The item(s) is unopened in their original packaging.
    • The item(s) is not used.
    • The item(s) has not been altered, damaged, or worn.
    • The item(s) is not missing any pieces, accessories, or parts.
    • The item(s) is eligible for a return or refund. Items not eligible for a return or refund include: all items of a personal nature (jewellery with piercings; intimate apparel including lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, socks, bodysuits, underwear; cosmetics, fragrances), and clearance items.
  2. Submit a return request within 10 days from receipt of delivery. This is free of charge and can be done using our online form, via email or by calling us.
  3. Ensure the goods are packed and ready to be collected.

Once the goods are back in our warehouse, we will check them to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Once approved, we will make every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible – and we commit that you will be refunded within at most 10 business days.

EXCHANGES will happily exchange your purchase if we have the desired replacement item in stock in South Africa. If the item is not in stock, you are welcome to follow the returns process and receive a refund on your original purchase.

The return or exchange of bulk orders by a member may attract an administration fee.

And sometimes, despite the high standards of the brands we sell, things can break or arrive defective. If this happens, submit a return request within 10 working days of receipt of delivery. For defective items, you have 6 months from date of receipt to submit a return request. We will arrange free collection of the item(s) and, as long as it meets our return policy criteria, we will provide a refund.

The Consumer Protection Association defines a defective product as a product with “any material imperfection in the manufacture of the goods or components, that renders the goods less acceptable than persons generally would be reasonably entitled to expect in the circumstances, or any characteristic of the goods or components that renders the goods or components less useful, practicable or safe than persons generally would be reasonably entitled to expect in the circumstances.” A product cannot be deemed defective from general wear & tear, incorrect usage, alterations, change of mind, negligence in care.

WARRANTIES offers a 6-month period to submit a return request against a defective item(s). Additionally, will honour and match the warranty period for a product of any brand if the warranty period exceeds 6 months. Therefore, if you purchase a product from and that product normally comes with a warranty that is longer than 6 months, you will receive the same warranty period on that product from will refer to each brand’s warranty policy for determining the length of the warranty.
